Dosage: In acute constipation, suck 3-5 pillules in a clean mouth hourly until bowel movement occurs thereafter 2-4 hourly until bowel movements are regular.
For chronic constipation dose as above initially, but maintain regular bowels by dosing once a day for a period of time until lazy bowel responds. Do not take continuously if there are no symptoms, but rather as the need arises. Drink an adequate amount of water on a daily basis and eat foods with adequate roughage.
