Indications: Known as the “chest” remedy thus useful for a wheezing, tight chest whether due to colds & flu or asthma. Helpful remedy for dry coughs, whooping cough, croup, pleurisy, pneumonia, emphysema and tuberculosis. The tissue salts in this remedy help to strengthen lung tissue over time. If a chest infection is suspected, add anti-virabac 1M and dose 5 mins apart. For very ‘wet’ or phlegmy cough, use muco drainol 30C.

Dosage: In acute conditions, suck 3-5 pillules every half hour for 3 doses then every hour for 3 doses. Thereafter dose 2-4 hourly as needed.
For more chronic conditions, where an aspect of tightness is present, dose 3 times daily for a period of time reducing down to once daily as required. In time, dosage may be reduced down to once or twice a week. Each dose is a reminder to the body to stay in balance.
