Indications: Cramps and spasm of any description including stomach cramps, baby colic, muscle cramps in the legs, restless legs at night, menstrual cramps.
For spastic colon or irritable bowel syndrome, this remedy taken in conjunction with the gastric plus 30C remedy can be very helpful. Dose 5 mins apart.

Agonising, griping abdominal spasm causing patient to bend over double and apply pressure to abdomen. Also useful for sciatic and neuralgic pain. |
| Cuprum metallicum |
Violent, intermittent spasm in abdomen with a "knife-like" pain; painful cramping of calf muscles; cramps in chest (angina). |
| Latrodectus mactans |
Angina pectoris; constriction of chest muscles; cardiac pains radiating to shoulders or both arms; abdominal cramps. |
| Magnesia phosphorica |
Excellent antispasmodic remedy for muscle cramps; radiating neuralgic pain; flatulent cramps in abdomen causing patient to double over. |
| Nux vomica |
Flatulent distension of abdomen and spasmodic pain with upward pressure causing shortness of breath; griping pains extending to chest; inter-costal nerve pain; hernia; cramps in calves and feet. |
| Parathyroid |
Maintains the balance of calcium and phosphorus in the body. An imbalance can result in renal colic, muscle spasm, numbness and tingling in extremities, general convulsions. |
Dosage: In acute conditions, suck 3-5 pillules in a clean mouth every 15-30 minutes until relief is obtained, then every 2-4 hours as required.
